Usage

mutglyph_widget(spec, width = NULL, height = NULL, elementId = NULL)

Arguments

spec

A complete GenomeSpy specification.

width, height

Widget dimensions.

elementId

Optional element ID.

Value

An htmlwidget containing the GenomeSpy specification.
