Annotation editor

Hold Shift while dragging to brush a region, then right-click inside it to add an annotation. The form and table belong to the embedding page.

The named brush selection provides the interval, and saving publishes the updated rows to the named annotations dataset.

The browser context menu is canceled synchronously, then the signal track is picked asynchronously before the form is shown.
